Change draft for #169: Uncommon line break characters

I pushed a change draft for Issue #169: “Decide how to handle uncommon line break characters”:

We introduce a new optional property run.newlineSequences. Aside from the new section, there is only one minor textual change.

 

We’ll move its adoption at TC #27 on Wednesday November 14th.
