Change drafts ready to be written

In addition to the items already on the agenda for TC #28, I’m now ready to write four more change drafts as a result of discussions conducted today in these issues:

 

#279: logicalLocation.kind: remove "package" and "function"

#280: Provide optional result.priority value from 0.0 to 100.0.

#286: Specify optional property file.sourceLanguage to guide syntax-driven colorization of snippets

#287: Define default for resultProvenance.lastDetectionTimeUtc

 

We’ll see how many I get done over the next few days. I’ll add the ones I finish to the agenda.
