Process for making the changes we agreed on at TC #31 F2F

I want to close on the changes we agreed to at TC #31 more efficiently than in the past.

 

For those items where we have the outline of a design, but some details are missing, I’m going to add a comment to the issue that includes sample SARIF and a bullet list of details. Please read the comment carefully and respond
in the issue either with your approval or with any desired changes.
