Typo in ballot issue #338

There is a typo in the ballot proposal for #338, “Introduce new localization mechanism,” which I appended to the
ballot proposal comment as follows:

POST-BALLOT NOTE:

Typo: the array-valued run.translation property
 should have been called translations.

I don’t expect this to be controversial.
