We are ready to go to ballot

We have verified the last of the changes in the SDK’s schema, and copied both schemas (the full schema and the “external property file” schema) into the spec repo (that was Issue #400). There are now  ZERO  outstanding non-editorial issues (and only four issues total, all editorial).

I also copied the schemas into
Documents/CommitteeSpecificationDrafts/CSD.2 , along with the FINAL FINAL CSD.2 draft (.docx and HTML), and packaged them into a .zip file.

We are ready to open the e-ballot for TC approval of CSD.2.
