RE: FINAL FINAL CSD.2 provisional draft

I fixed these early this morning, because I wanted to add a constraint on the
physicalLocation object that I’d inadvertently omitted from the “address” redesign:

 

If region.byteLength (§3.29.4,
 §3.30.12) and
address.length (§3.29.6,
 §3.32.9) are both present, then
region.byteLength
SHALL equal the absolute value of address.length.
