What do the training modules cover? If they describe individual analysis rules, then yes, reportingDescriptor.helpUri. If they describe the analysis tool as a whole, then toolComponent.informationUri (for example, run.tool.driver.informationUri).

I was asked the other day where is the best place to save training module links in SARIF. The only place I see that potentially might work is reportingDescriptor.helpUri. What do you think?
