Hi Larry - I am leaving for vacation shortly so I'll take this up when I get back. You may indeed need to handle these as provisional registrations. We had to do that for a set of OData headers just this month. I'll need to confirm whether this is going to take a formal standards document at least being in the works. I'll get it week after next.Â
