Some preliminary comments (1) (from J. Durand) on: test Assertions CD01

Here is a few 
comments that apply to several other test assertions in the 
document.

Nothing serious so 
far.

Take these as 
potential improvements.

Overall the TA 
design is quite clear and understandable... (apparently the OASIS TA guidelines 
doc - itself under PR review - did a good job :-)
