2. Approval of minutes of Inaugural SCA-Assembly TC
meeting

3. Charter review

4. Review TC process for documents

5. Appoint an editing team

   - decision on the number of editors

   - call for nominations

   - election process

   

6. Issues process

   - Discuss process, tools 

   - appoint issues editor

7. Solicit contributions

   - instruct the editor team to convert
contributions into OASIS format and produce 1st working draft

8. Test & Conformance sub-committee

   - establish a sub-committee and solicit membership

9. Initial Issues against the SCA Assembly specification

   - gather issues
