NEW ISSUE: WSDL extension should not be required for conversations
TARGET: SCA Assembly (OSOA V1.0 spec section 1.5.4, OASIS V1.1 draft
currently section 5.4)

DESCRIPTION:
This section describes a WSDL extension for declaring "conversational"
interfaces. It immediately follows the sections which describe
conversations. This ordering gives the impression that the WSDL extension
is the _only_ means of annotating a service or reference as conversational.
The spec should mention both means for specifying the conversational
intent.

PROPOSAL: none
