The following text is intended ot be a starting point for a  
conformance statement for the SCA-Assembly specification and is  
intended to satisfy my AI 2008-10-30

"An implementation conformant to this specification observes all  
Conformance Items detailed in Appendix D of this specification.

XML data elements utilized by or produced by implementations are  
conformant to this specification if they conform to the XML Schemas  
defined in Appendix B of this document or, if in conflict, with the  
machine readable XML schema artifact associated with this document."
