Test Assertions Document - initial version

Folks,

Now that we have an Assembly spec with
its normative claims identified, it is possible to make good

progress on Test Assertions.

I've created an initial version of a
Test Assertions document for the SCA Assembly spec, which I've attached
here:

This contains 4 initial test assertions
for Assembly.  I'd be grateful for review and comment on this.

I'd be even more grateful if folk could
contribute more test assertions.
