Mike,
Can you clarify what this document is of. You say revision #3 of sca-assembly-1.1-spec-cd02-Rev7.pdf,
yet it has a label of CD03 (I note there is also another one saying revision#1 of rev7). We shouldn't be using the CD03 label until the TC has agreed.
