Dave,

The idea is to get the TestAssertions
and TestCases into public review first, based on the Public review Assembly
spec.

Then later we can look to do updates
on the TAs and TCs.

Let's hope we can vote the Public Review
of the TAs and TCs today.

Thanks for bringing the spec up to date. Will you be publishing
a correspondingly updated TA and TC document at some point (or maybe you
