[ASSEMBLY 152] Public review comment 2 from Siemens: Binding typereqiurement - Status

Folks,

At last week's TC meeting, we voted
to split the contents of Issue 149 (the public review comments from Siemens)

and to place the second set of comments
into a new issue.

Scott has done this and the new issue
has the number 152.  I have placed this issue into Open state, since
this is

my understanding of the meaning of the
motion agreed at last weeks meeting.

I have also given both 149 and 152 new
titles which I believe more accurately reflect their contents, namely:
