Continuing Test Assertion and TestCase review - section 12

Continuing with Section 12; I'm looking at SCA_Assembly_Test_Assertions_16.odt, SCA_Assembly_TestCases_22.odt and the CD03 assembly spec.

40) ASM_12002_TestCase - It references an XSD that lives in the Assembly TC doc repo.  I think we will need a longer term location to host this file, or a different test.

41) Could not find ASM_12004 in the test case repository

42) ASM_12006_TestCase - why does TestComponent1 inside Test_ASM_12006.composite @require="Fred".  Is this a cut/paste error?

43) ASM_12007_TestCase - another interesting one.  The contribution URIs in sca-contribution.xml of ASM_12007 are runtime dependent.  This needs to be factored out in some way.

44) ASM_12010_TestCase - TestComposite5.composite in contribution2 is identical to the one in contribution1, but I think they need to be different to prove that the test works correctly.

45) ASM_12011_TestCase - I don't see how this testcase will fail given TestComposite68 will be found in the General contribution.

46) TA-12031 - seems to be duplicated in the TA document
