Subject:
[sca-assembly] NEW ISSUE: Need a normative
statement for @autowire inheritance

TARGET: SCA Assembly spec PRD/CD03

DESCRIPTION:

Section 5.4.2 describes the inheritance rules for @autowire, but there
are no RFC2119 statements about the inheritance feature. Further, there
are no test assertions or testcases which exercise it. The interesting
text is in lines 1894 and 1895.
