& Mike,
I will be at a F2F in Germany between 2011-05-01 and 2011-05-12 inclusive and will not be able to attend the SCA Assembly meetings during that time. I would like to request an LOA to cover that period.
Note that Bob will also be attending F2F meetings during that time and therefore you will need to have someone cover scribing duties and preparation of the minutes.
