Proposed text to resolve ASSEMBLY-257

OK, as per my action item, I'm supposed to propose text to resolve
    ASSEMBLY-257.

    

    As we discussed in the conference call, it is probably a good idea
    to highlight that global domain channels must have unique names,
    following the same rules as components.

    

    So:

    

    Target: assembly 1.2 WD 06 PDF.

    

    After line 2912 (in section 5.8), add a paragraph that reads as
    follows.

    

    Note that composites deployed directly to the domain contribute to
    the domain level composite as described in the section Domain-Level
    Composite (12.7). Since a composite requires unique names for each
    channel, this means that composites deployed directly to the domain
    can only define unique global domain channels, and cannot reuse an
    existing name. This is the same sort of constraint that applies to
    components deployed to the Domain-Level Composite.
