SCA-Bindings TC Chair nomination

Title: SCA-Bindings TC Chair nomination

I would like to formally nominate Simon Holdsworth of IBM as the chair of the OASIS Service Component Architecture / Bindings (SCA-Bindings) TC. 

Simon has been an active member and significant contributor under the OSOA SCA Bindings WG and would be great candidate for chairing the OASIS SCA-Bindings TC.
