Yes, the mailing list is sca-bindings-editors
(which I've copied this to just to check if its working as expected) -
I've added all the SCA bindings editors and Eric to that list.

However we do need to accept each proposed
issue at a TC meeting before the editors can resolve the issue with a draft
spec update.
