Issues with the minutes:

(Editorial aside) As issues editor, I'd love to see the issues raised,
key discussion points, and how they were resolved more clearly - in
other words, some processing of raw chat notes.

(Content) at 12:51 - BINDINGS-6 - minutes read "no objection to opening
BINDINGS-6", but that was not the motion on the table.  The minutes
should probably read "no objection to Mike Rowley's motion to resolve
BINDINGS-6."

P.S. As I can see my turn for taking notes hurtling towards me, anyone
have particular recommendations for tools, or reading material that
advises the best way to go about taking and reporting minutes?
