[NEW ISSUE] Namespace/location for WS-Addressing is incorrect in WebService binding spec/XSD
RAISER:   Mike Edwards

DESCRIPTION:

The XSD for the Web Service binding
includes a reference to the WS-Addressing namespace and XSD.

This reference is incorrect:

a) The namespace is described as:

http://www.w3.org/2004/12/addressing

...this is an old namespace and should
not be used

b) The location is described as:

ws-addr.xsd

....this is unhelpful as it is not possible
to find the XSD

PROPOSAL:

Change the namespace reference to:

http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing

Change the schemaLocation to:

http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing/ws-addr.xsd

The specification should also be referenced
from the following URL:

http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/REC-ws-addr-core-20060509/

...this is the latest W3C recommendation.
