NEW ISSUE: binding.ws reference to assembly spec for interface mappingis incorrect

Description:
Section 2.2, "Interface mapping" says "For example, for interface.java,
the mapping to a WSDL portType is as defined in the SCA Assembly
Specification [1]."

Note, however, that the defined mapping is actually defined in the "Java
Annotations and APIs" specification, section 1.9 of the pre OASIS
version, and section 9 of sca-javaaa-draft-20071108.doc.

Proposal:
Change the reference to correspond to refer the appropriate section
(currently 9) of the latest draft of the Java Annotations and APIs
specification.
