Section 2 definition of @wsdlElement uses the modifier "equivalent" on 
PortTypes without defining what "equivalent" means.
Lines 68, 73, 78, and 81.

Further, lines 69 and 81 refer to "PortType", when it should probably be 
"portType (WSDL 1.1) or interface (WSDL 2.0)"

line 78 refers to "PortType", when it should be "interface".

Proposal:

Define what is meant by "equivalent".

Change the references to "PortType" to the correct substitutes.
