NEW ISSUE: What is a "plain name" for a connection factories or activationspecs, and how is one distinguished from a JNDI name?
Target: JMS Binding specification

Description:
In the definition of the binding.jms/activationSpec,
binding.jms/response/activationSpec, binding.jms/connectionFactory, and
binding.jms/response/connectionFactory elements, the spec introduces the
notion of a "plain name". This notion of plain name is not defined
anywhere, and either needs a reference, or needs to be defined in this
specification.

Further, it is not clear that it is possible, in the general case, to
distinguish a JNDI name from a "plain" name.

Proposal:
Either remove the reference to "plain" names, or provide the context to
make these meaningful and clearly distinct from JNDI names.

If "plain" names are really a notion of vendor extension, we should
formalize how these extensions happen.
