I've spotted a few editorial issues
in this revision:

Line 258/267 example, soap/1.2 should
be soap.1_2

Line 278 conversation should  be
conversational

Line 403/405 /soapVersionPrefix should
be .soapVersionPrefix

Appendix A needs the statement that
the schema is there for reference and not authoritative (should be the
same statement in all the bindings specs)

WD 02 incorporates resolutions to issues: 3, 8, 9, 10, 14 (partial), 15,

  and 16. The issues list has been updated accordingly with pointers
to 

WD 02 in JIRA.

I also uploaded regenerated PDF of JMS binding WD 02.
