As a minor tweak for the historical record, I suggest that something 
should be added to the minutes of the meeting indicating that we 
resolved the query posed in the chat room by Mike Edwards, as to whether 
Tom Rutt was a voting member.  Seems like the record should clearly 
state that we determined that Tom is a member, especially since that 
doesn't appear as part of the chat log, and thus his "second" of the 
motion in question was valid.
