Completion of action item 20080522-1

The following open sca-bindings issues
relate to conversations and callbacks:

  BINDINGS-2: How should SCA callback
semantics be carried over Web Services?

  BINDINGS-21: Support for callback
and conversation ID-s in bindings

  BINDINGS-22: Bindings specifications
should provide exemplary Implementations for Callbacks and Conversations

It is my view that all of these are blocked on the resolution of issue
JAVA-25 by the sca-j TC.
