NEW ISSUE: naming of binding specs/schema files

DESCRIPTION: 

The base names for the binding specification
documents and the schema files are inconsistent.  We have:

sca-jmsbinding-1.1-spec.cd01.doc ->
 sca-binding-jms-1.1-cd01.xsd

sca-wsbinding-1.1-spec.cd01.doc ->  sca-binding-ws-1.1-cd01.xsd

sca-jcabinding-1.1-spec.cd01.doc ->  sca-binding-jca-1.1-cd01.xsd

PROPOSAL:

Rename the specification documents to:

sca-binding-jms-1.1-spec.cd01-rev1.doc

sca-binding-ws-1.1-spec.cd01-rev1.doc

sca-binding-jca-1.1-spec.cd01-rev1.doc
