Time for October 30th telecon

Folks,  due to clocks changing
at different times, a reminder that for Europe the call of 30th October
will happen 1 hour earlier.  The time for the call in the US is unchanged.

Also, please register you vote on the
web ballot for attendance at the December F2F.  I'm concerned about
the attendance due to the financial situation, expense constraints, and
the high cost of flights for that particular week (at least from the UK
- not sure why).
