NEW ISSUE: Add a section documenting naming convention + be consistenton naming intents
Title: Add a section documenting naming convention + be consistent on
naming intents

Target: binding.jms

Description:

The SCA Liaison committee has asked us to add a small section on naming
conventions to the front matter of the SCA specifications.

This needs to cover conventions for the names that are defined by SCA in
particular:

- names of elements, attributes and types in XSD files
- names of intents
- names of SCA-defined attribute values

They have also asked us to be consistent wrt intents that we define:
camelCase (starting with lowercase, except for acronyms such as JMS, SOAP).

Proposal:
Use the accepted resolution for
http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/ASSEMBLY-96 modified appropriately for
bindings spec with the addition of convention for SCA-defined attribute
values (which is CamelCase).
