Face to face logistics

Folks,

I have been trying hard to organise
an East Coast venue for the face to face meeting.  Currently I am
looking into the IBM Executive Briefing Centre in Westford, Mass for the
17th - 19th February, and am awaiting confirmation that that venue is available.

I'd like to check with the TC members
on who would be able to attend in person.  As with the proposed meeting
in December, my feeling is that if we cannot get more than 5 people attending
in person then the time and expense of a face to face meeting is not really
justified and that we should go ahead with the same virtual face to face
format that we held previously.

So please let me know asap if you expect
to attend in person, and I will then confirm whether we can go ahead with
a face to face meeting.
