NEW ISSUE: Remove references to SCA conversations from

TARGET: SCA Web Service Binding Specification
CD-01 rev 4 and JMS Binding Specification CD-01 rev 3

DESCRIPTION: 

Conversation support has been removed
from the Assembly specification as per issue ASSEMBLY-94 resolution on
20th January.  The web service and JMS binding specifications explicitly
mention SCA conversations and so need to have this removed.

PROPOSAL:

For the Web Service binding specification,
remove section 3.3

For the JMS binding specification, remove
mention of the conversational intent from section 6 and 7, and remove section
7.5 entirely
