Today's Bindings telecon

Folks,

I was hoping to go ahead with today's
call, given how long we have to go until public review draft, however looking
at the policy F2F attendance it looks like we'll have difficulty achieving
quorum let alone the 2/3 attendance needed to open new issues.

I'm going to go ahead and start the
call anyway, we may be able to at least agree a position on the issues
with proposed resolutions.

Also, I'm assuming that I'll need to
produce an updated WS binding spec... :)
