Bindings spec/issue work items for next CD

Primarily aimed at editors and issues

In looking through the resolved issues
to see what needs to be done for the JMS binding spec I came up with the
following set of work items across the specs.  Please ensure that
any applied issues are marked as such in JIRA, with a link to the revision
document in the OASIS TC document repository.

The current expectation is that the
editors will produce a new CD draft including these changes by January
29th (plus possible additional issue resolutions in the meantime) .  Please
let me know asap if you think this is likely to be a problem.

JMS:

Apply issues 7, 31, 40, 42, 44, 46,
47, 50

Issue 41 needs to be marked as applied
in the existing latest revision

Issue 52 needs to be marked as resolved

and marked as applied in the existing latest revision

WS:

Update JCA bindings spec to clarify there are no may provides or always
provides intents

Issue 53 needs to be marked as resolved
