Proposed resolution for BINDINGS-65

Resolution applies to sca-binding-jms-spec-cd01-rev4.doc

Remove all references to conversations
and the conversational intent:

Section 5, Policy:   

    Remove the conversational
intent from mayProvide="..."

    Remove the last sentence
("The conversational intent is defined
in the SCA Assembly Specification document in section 8.3, "Conversational
Interfaces".")

Section 6, Message Exchange Patterns:

    Remove conversations from
first sentence, so it now ends "one-way, request/response and callbacks".

Section 6.3, JMS User Properties:

    Remove the scaConversationStart,
scaConversationMaxIdleTime and scaConversationID bullets.

Section 6.5, Conversations:

    Remove in its entirety
