Section 1.1, not sure why the RFC2119
keywords are defined as in SOAP12Adjuncts

Section 2, first paragraph referring
to conformance for other documents I believe this paragraph was included
in the conformance section.

Section 2.1, bullet 1, refers to the
"wsa:EndpointReference", I think that should be "endpointReference
element"

Other than that I'm happy with the application
of issue resolutions for 11, 41, 49, 51
