Here's the results of my comparison
of the .xsd files submitted by Mike Edwards.  Thanks to Mike for making
these updates.  My reading of this is that we should treat this as
an editorial action item and do not need a new issue:

fixed to correct codepage

Quote characters around correlation
scheme attribute QName fixed

JMSOperationProperties header element
type corrected to sca:JMSHeaders from sca:Headers
