Subscribing to SCA comments list

In case you want to subscribe to our comments list, now that we are in 
PR (and comments have started to come in), here is a way to do it:
1) login to OASIS
2) use the template below to subscribe to the list that you want:
http://www.oasis-open.org/kmlm/member/list?list_name=<TC-short-name>-comment

So to subscribe to the SCA assembly comments list use the URL:
http://www.oasis-open.org/kmlm/member/list?list_name=sca-assembly-comment
