NEW ISSUE: JMS binding problems with normative statements around messageexchange

DESCRIPTION: 

There are a couple of issues with normative
statements in the JMS binding section 6.

BJM60001 does not state it is specifically
for unidirectional references.  BJM60012 is contradictory when the
reference is bidirectional, so BJM60001 should be modified to indicate
that it is specifically for unidirectional references.

BJM60003 says that in a certain situation,
the JMSReplyTo must be non-null;  BJM60004 says in that situation
and condition X, JMSReplyTo must be set a certain way, and BJM60005 says
that in that situation and not condition X, JMSReplyTo must be set some
other way.  So BJM60004 + BJM60005 mean that BJM60003 must always
be true and can be discarded.

PROPOSAL:

Update BJM60001 to say:  For an
SCA reference with a JMS binding and unidirectional interface, when a request
message is sent .... etc

Delete BJM60003
