NEW ISSUE: binding.jca schema uses ##any instead of ##other
TARGET: JCA Binding Spec (CD02 rev2)

DESCRIPTION:

The JCABinding complexType allows extensibility attributes from any namespace on line 223, 429, 458, 497, 510, 523, 533, 542, 552, 562:

<anyAttribute namespace="##any" processContents="lax"/>

This is not the behavior we want, nor is it consistent with the cross TC decision to use ##other.

PROPOSAL:

Change lines  223, 429, 458, 497, 510, 523, 533, 542, 552, 562 to:

<anyAttribute namespace="##other" processContents="lax"/>
