response to comments on JMS TA draft 1

I've gone through your comments in draft
1 and either opened new issues or updated the text.  I've uploaded
the new revision:

The only comment I disagreed with was
where you suggested the targets should be the JMS message.  I don't
believe we can say that a JMS message is in error, I think its the SCA
runtime that is in error in these cases, so I've changed these to SCA runtime,
if you feel strongly that these should target JMS messages we can discuss
further.
