Correction to minutes of 19th November

Folks,

In looking at the proposal for BINDINGS-102,
I realized that the minutes for 19th November are somewhat inaccurate with
respect to the resolution of issues BINDINGS-88 and BINDINGS-89.  We
resolved those issues based on the "document I sent out", which
is in email http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/200911/msg00041.html,
"Issues BINDINGS-88 and BINDINGS-89 - modified JCA binding spec doc".
 That is the text we discussed and agreed, rather than that in the
original email http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-bindings/200910/msg00003.html
which was just some of my comments on Bryan's original proposal.

I've uploaded and updated draft of the
minutes (which we have not yet approved anyway) indicating the correct
location of the issue resolution text.
