Comment on cd03-rev1 documents

Folks,

I've just noticed that these documents
appear to show that every normative statement has been updated.  I
have no idea how that happened - in most cases the text itself has not
changed, but somehow all the cross references were updated and marked as
changes.  I can only guess that this was caused when I printed the
pdf versions and subsequently saved the Word versions.   So please
bear this in mind when looking at the documents - the actual changes are
pervasive than the change bars would seem to indicate.
