Description:
BWS20004 says --
"If the wsdl.service form of wsdlElement is used on an SCA reference 
binding, the set of available ports for the reference MUST contain at 
least one port."

The statement as written is incorrect. The set of available ports is for 
a reference *binding*. As a side, 'at least one port' is a little 
awkward. It is better to say non-empty.

Proposal:

Change BWS20004 to --
"If the wsdl.service form of wsdlElement is used on an SCA reference 
binding, the set of available ports for the reference *binding* MUST *be 
non-empty*."
