Description:
BWS20029 says --
"Any service hosted by an SCA runtime with one or more web service 
bindings with HTTP endpoints SHOULD return a WSDL description of the 
service in response to an HTTP GET request with the “?wsdl” suffix to 
that HTTP endpoint."

The statement as written isn't quite right. It needs to say that the 
suffix is added to the HTTP endpoing URL.

Proposal:

Change BWS20029 to --
"Any service hosted by an SCA runtime with one or more web service 
bindings with HTTP endpoints SHOULD return a WSDL description of the 
service in response to an HTTP GET request with the “?wsdl” suffix 
*added* to that HTTP endpoint *URL*."
