With regard to:

and the recent discussion around updating
cross-references, the SCA Bindings TC resolved yesterday to replace the
working draft candidate for the requested CSD upload by a more recent draft
including updated normative references to other SCA specifications.

The revised request details are as follows,
I'm hoping we can deal with this as a modification to the existing requests
and not need new ones:
