NEW ISSUE: Title: Title of the resulting spec shouldn't be confusing

TARGET: SCA C+I WS-BPEL spec, General

DESCRIPTION: The title in the current Working Draft is "Service 
Component Architecture Client and Implementation Model Specification for 
WS-BPEL Version 2.0."  This can be misconstrued as being a specification 
that deals with WS-BPEL 2.0, not  that it's a 2.0 spec for dealing with 
WS-BPEL.
 

PROPOSAL: Liaise with the other TCs to come up with a format for the 
title that will be acceptable to all, and not leave us with an ambiguity.
